Who am I & Who do I WANT to Be?

Who do I want to be?  Implied within the question is who do I want to be perceived as.  or Who do I want others to say that I am?  But the more important question is, who do I want to be even if it is not recognized by my peers?  and more importantly, if I do in fact achieve those qualities, will I be satisfied even if it is not validated by others?
